李：样板间一定程度上来说是销售的道具，有时会牺牲一些功能，特别是有些开发商为了更好的推销房子，故意牺牲很多功能，让房子看起来更大更宽敞，比如在小户型里把床做小一点，有时也会把隔断做成玻璃，让房子在视觉效果上更大；但从实用的角度来说，这些讨巧的设计方式不能直接运用到住宅类空间设计。样板间是展示有更大的空间。私宅是容纳真实的生活，必须充分考虑居住者的感受及使用。如果私宅考虑了实用功能，又做得跟得样板间一样漂亮，这就更好了。

Li: Model house is a prop of sales in a way. Sometimes some function is removed by property development in purpose, which can make houses look larger and more spacious in order to promote selling. For example, we make the bed smaller in a small model house and sometimes we make the glassed partition to make the space large visually. From the practical point of view, this kind of design plan cannot be used directly in private residence.

Model house displays larger space. Private residence is designed for true life and we consider the living feelings of clients. It would be great if private residence is both practical and as beautiful as model house.
