沈阳华润二十四城售楼处坐落于沈阳老工业基地铁西区，新的规划与改造变成当今铁西的发展主题。
从2008年贾樟柯描写产业工人的《二十四城》到全国第五座华润二十四城的诞生，我们很荣幸能与华润带着情怀与故事来一起承接这样的“旧改”任务！
德国艺术家安塞姆·基弗说：我不是怀旧，我只是要记得。
那么，你记得脑海中这样的沈阳吗？我们不想呈现老铁西，但更不希望我们去遗忘。 我们通过极度现代的线条与老铁西的红砖门拱使其产生强烈碰撞，思绪在两个时空里来回穿梭，被设置的树成为时空碰撞的调和剂，整个售楼中心的空间诉说着时间，生命与人文……
我们将老工业时代的机械和照片陈设于室内空间，从前的画面被呈现，古老的场景被描述。如同历史的博物馆，不同的是，我们能如此惬意与安详。
沈阳华润二十四城如同一杯浓郁的卡布奇诺，味道浓厚让人回味，我们不仅营造了空间的精致感与品质感，同时在这里重述文化写下故事。
太多的历史在这里发生，太多的记忆被定格在这里。当午后的阳光肆意的洒入连拱的廊道，你是否也会和我们一样去好奇这里曾经讲述着哪些动人的故事。
有人说，喜欢这里的午后，让人着迷于阳光洒在老建筑的感觉；有人说，喜欢这里的树影摇曳，斑驳的树影与咖啡的香味弥漫着整个销售中心；也有人说，习惯在这里坐上一会，因为这里有说不完的故事……

Retold History, Build up Humanities’ New Space
Humanities are our footprints,

Shenyang CR Land Twenty-Four City Sales Center is located in the old industrial base Tiexi District, Shenyang. The new planning and transformation have been the development theme of contemporary Tiexi District.
From the book “24 City” written by Jia Zhangke in 2008 describing industrial workers, to the birth of the fifth national Twenty-Four City, it is such a great honor for us to accept this renovation project containing full of feelings and stories.
“I am not nostalgic for the past, I just want to remember it”, said by a German artist Anselm Kiefer.
Do you remember Shenyang like this? We neither want to display the old Tiexi, nor to forget. We use extremely modern lines and red old Tiexi style bricks to create strong collisions and thoughts shuttling back and forth in both spatially and temporally, the tresses play a role of effect additive. The whole sales center is telling us time, lives and humanities......
We display some old industrial machines and pictures, the past views are being shown, the old scene is being described. It looks like a history museum where is cozy and serene.
Shenyang CR Land Twenty-Four City Sales Center smells like a cup of rich cappuccino which is reminiscent of taste. We not only create an exquisite and high-quality space, but reword the culture and continue to write the story.
This place contains too much of its history, too much of its memories. When the bright sunshine shining down to the corridor, we believe you are also curious about what have ever happened here as we are.
Someone says that he enjoys the cozy afternoons here and the sunshine shining down to the old architectural surface. Someone says that he likes the gently flickering shadow and the aroma of fresh coffee permeated the sales center. Someone says that he has got used to stay here even for a while, because there are endless stories......
